Vietnam stretches along a narrow strip of land, resulting in varying climates across different regions.
North Vietnam: Hanoi and the northern part of Vietnam experience four distinct seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The mainly dry winter lasts from November to April, with average temperatures ranging from 18-20°C. The hot and humid summer extends from May to October, with average temperatures around 30°C.
Central Vietnam: Hue and Danang in the central region have hot and dry weather from February to August, with temperatures reaching up to the mid-30s Celsius. However, this area can also experience heavy rainfall from September to January.
South Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City and the southern part of Vietnam have a hot, dry season from December to April, with average temperatures around 28°C. The rainy season lasts from May to November, but continuous rainfall is rare, mostly consisting of short, heavy downpours.
