Day 1: Arrive Dong Hoi – Discover Paradise & Phong Nha Cave. Overnight in Phong Nha

Morning: Our guide and driver will welcome you at Dong Hoi airport or train station in the morning and then transfer you to Paradise Cave for visiting. This is the largest dry cave in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, especially notable for its size and the unique stalactites and limestone formations. You will use a golf cart to reach the entrance of the cave. You'll be surprised by the stalagmite structures inside, a natural wonder of this cave. Have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, you will take a boat along Son River, passing through the river and forest to visit another World Nature Heritage Site - Phong Nha Caves. Here, you will discover the natural beauty of stalactites with wonderful sights and beautiful limestone formations inside Cung Dinh Cave, Tien Cave, and Bi Ky Cave. Then you'll check into a hotel in Phong Nha or Dong Hoi city. You're free to have dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Visit DMZ – Transfer to Hue. Overnight in Hue

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Our guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Hue city. On the way, you will pass Quang Tri province – 110km to the north to visit the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). In the morning, you'll visit Vinh Moc Tunnel – an underground network built by villagers as a shelter to avoid bombings during the war. You can see the entire village lived underground in these tunnels with wells, kitchens, rooms, families, and hospitals. Then, you'll continue to visit Hien Luong Bridge across Ben Hai River & Museum right in the middle of Dong Ha Town, a landmark that divided Vietnam into North and South during the Vietnam War from 1954 to 1972. Transfer to Dong Ha town and have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, you'll continue to transfer along National Highway No. 9 to visit Khe Sanh Combat Base and Ta Con Airport, the old airfield to see sites from the war era. This is a chance for you to see and meet minority people of Paco and pass through Dakrong Bridge. You will arrive in Hue city in the late afternoon, check into the hotel. You're free to have your own dinner. At night, you have free time to wander around Hue for more exploration by strolling along Truong Tien Bridge with colorful lights or visiting souvenir shops to enjoy and experience local life. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Hue City Tour. Overnight in Hue

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. This morning, you will take a boat trip on Perfume River to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful scenes along the riverbanks. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda - one of the oldest and most beautiful religious buildings in Hue and Vietnam. Next, you'll visit the Imperial City, the place where Nguyen Dynasty’s Emperors and the royal family worked and lived from 1802 to 1945, including many palaces and architectural wonders such as Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Purple Forbidden City, Nine Dynastic Urns, and The Mieu Temple. Then, you'll discover the rustic beauty of Hue through the ancient streets by cyclo, Vietnam’s famous three-wheeled taxi. This is an interesting experience as you sit on a special vehicle, go around the Citadel, passing by the riverbank with green trees, and "relax yourself in a slow way". Stop to visit Dong Ba Market - the most famous market in Hue to discover the daily life of people here. Have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, you will continue visiting the complex of Nguyen Emperors’ mausoleums including Minh Mang Tomb and Khai Dinh Tomb. Each tomb represents the unique style of each King and his palace. The tomb of Khai Dinh is magnificent, while the Tomb of Minh Mang approaches the level of unity of the elements. You're free to have your own dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. This morning, you will transfer to Hoi An. You will have the chance to see the nice view of Cau Hai Lagoon, fishing villages, Lang Co Beach, the most beautiful beach in Asia, and Hai Van Pass on the highway. Upon arriving in Da Nang, you will visit the Cham Museum to learn more about the collection of Champa sculptures displayed at the museum. Have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: After lunch, you will continue to visit Marble Mountain – the most attractive destination in Da Nang City to discover the system of caves and pagodas at five mountains with the names of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. Upon arrival in Hoi An, check in at the hotel. You're free to have your own dinner. At night, you are free to explore the charming beauty of Hoi An at night by yourself. After 6 o’clock in the evening, as the old town lights up, it’s the time for paper lanterns with small candles inside to twinkle. You could buy the candlelit paper flowers from little lovely girls who wear the Vietnamese traditional dress “Ao Dai” with conical hats and holding flat baskets full of paper lanterns. Buy some and put them down on the Hoai River, then make a wish. This is considered to bring you good luck and happiness. Next, you will have a chance to see the traditional game in Hoi An named “Bai Choi” which is crowded with people at night to play at the wide yard near the bridge to get a more interesting experience. Besides, you could walk around the night market to buy some handmade souvenirs for your friends and relatives. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: My Son – Thanh Ha – Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to My Son Sanctuary, the Kingdom of Cham people where you can enjoy the architecture of Cham people built in red bricks in the 11th century, which was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Also, you have a chance to enjoy traditional music performances of Cham people with their colorful costumes and special musical instruments. Leave My Son and return to Hoi An, where you will take a boat trip to visit Thanh Ha Ceramic village, experience making ceramic products by yourself with the guidance of the locals, and receive a small souvenir gift from them. Have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: After lunch, you will explore the charming beauty of Hoi An ancient town including temples, pagodas, ancient houses and have a chance to enjoy a traditional music performance in an ancient house. Visit the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge and admire its unique architecture. Hoi An is known as a shopping center; you can also get tailor-made clothes at reasonable prices and buy beautiful souvenir gifts. Free to have your dinner and overnight at the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 6: Discover Hoi An Countryside. Overnight in Hoi An

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. You will have the chance to experience real life in Hoi An and create lasting memories. Firstly, you will sit on a boat to learn fishing for a more immersive experience under the guidance of the local people. You will practice catching fish and using the net in the river. Afterward, continue to visit the green Bay Mau water coconut forest. It’s a fascinating experience to row the basket boat and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere while using fishing tools to catch field crabs. Then, continue your journey by bicycle to visit Tra Que Vegetable Village, located 3km from Hoi An Ancient Town. Ride through peaceful villages and enjoy the beauty of the countryside surrounding Hoi An. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a special drink: “E” water or local tea. You will participate in a cooking class with the local family, where you will learn how to prepare ingredients and cook Hoi An's special foods. Have lunch with the family.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, you will dress in farming clothes and take a short walk around to visit the garden where local farmers work using traditional methods without the support of electrical machines. Under the guidance of the household, you will learn how to prepare and cultivate the land, fertilize with green manure before growing vegetables. Watering the vegetables that you have just planted will be the last activity in the planting process. Return to the house to relax by soaking your feet in Vietnamese herbs. This is a refreshing experience after the hard work in the Vietnamese garden. Then transfer back to the hotel in Hoi An. Free to have your own dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Free Time & Departure from Da Nang

Have breakfast at the hotel. You are free to relax at the hotel or take a walk around for shopping. Depending on your departure flight time, our driver will transfer you to Da Nang airport or train station for departure. Say goodbye to Vietnam & see you again!
