Hi anh chi Hien, now back to Australia and just wish to drop some feedback to the services that have been provided to our group.

Eco Travel is very professional, flexible and capable for all our requirements.

All tour guides are very friendly and excellent in English. This has assisted our children in all communications as they are not very good in Vietnamese language. The kids actually loved the jokes that your tour guides shared with us in English and had some good laugh as well.

Our trips were personalised, and suited our group very well.

We were so excited with having the whole boat for our family in Ha Long Bay.

On top of these, you two are so wonderful, very "de thuong".

In summary, all tours are excellent with wonderful services provided. We all have got fantastic experiences via just a short period of time in Viet Nam. Especially the very touching delivery of roses and a birthday cake to our hotel on my birt day!

We have already recommended your service to a couple of friends. They will be in touch with you for their tours. All from Australia, there was a couple from New Zealand.

Keep up your good work, wishing you two and your families all of the very best for the New Year Tan Mao. Eco Travel will stand firm on its feet and will get much further in success in the future.

We are just back from our Vietnam trip. Halong Bay was really spectacular.Thank you for the wonderful arrangements.

One suggestion that we would have is that you should use the same guide for a tour group as long as they are at the same location. We had a new tour guide in Hanoi every day and this is a little inconvenient. We also did not have an opportunity to express our gratitude to Mr. Duc.

However, overall, the arrangements were excellent and the tour guides well informed and friendly. We will unreservedly recommend Eco nature Travel to all our friends planning to tour Indo China. Please feel free to share this recommendation with your clients or on your website.
